Answers to Your Questions

Paco Container offers a turnkey service simplifying the management of your construction waste. Our team handles all steps, from delivering the container to your site until its retrieval once it’s full.

Specifically:

  • Delivery to the job site: We drop off the roll-off container at the agreed location, on the scheduled date.

  • Use during work: You can fill the container at your own pace with your construction or renovation debris throughout the project.

  • Emptying or exchange if necessary: If your job site extends over a long period or the container fills up quickly, we can schedule an emptying (exchange of a full container for an empty one) during the rental period, according to your needs.

  • Collection and processing: Once the container is full or your work is completed, a simple call is enough. Paco Container will retrieve the container and transport the waste to appropriate treatment centers.

Thanks to this all-inclusive service, you don’t have to worry about waste logistics. Paco Container takes care of everything, ensuring compliance with current environmental standards from start to finish.

We offer several container dimensions to adapt to both small residential projects and large-scale job sites. Indeed, Paco Container offers sizes ranging from approximately 10 cubic yards up to 40 cubic yards to meet various types of needs.

For example:

  • 10 cubic yards: Small container ideal for small jobs (room renovation, garage or yard clean-up, limited debris).

  • 20 cubic yards: Medium-sized container, suitable for intermediate projects (renovation of several rooms, partial demolition, moderate construction waste).

  • 30 cubic yards: Large container suitable for significant job sites (complete house renovation, notable demolition, bulky debris requiring more space).

  • 40 cubic yards: Very large container for major projects (new construction, large demolition work, very significant waste volumes).

If you are unsure of the size you need, don’t worry: the Paco Container team can assess your needs and advise you on the container best suited for your project, to optimize your waste management without excess or lack of space.

Our construction containers accept most non-hazardous waste from construction, renovation, or major clean-ups.

For example:

  • Construction and renovation debris : Wood, drywall (gypsum), concrete, brick, stone, asphalt, metals, etc.

All these dry and inert materials from demolitions or work can be deposited in the container without issue.

  • Bulky items and various waste : Old furniture, doors, windows, disused appliances, scrap metal, gardening waste (branches, soil, etc.) can also be placed in the container.

However, certain materials are prohibited for safety and regulatory compliance reasons:

  • Hazardous waste: never put any chemicals, paints, solvents, used oils, batteries, pesticides, propane tanks, or any other hazardous waste in a standard container.

  • Other prohibited materials: biomedical waste, electronic waste (WEEE), asbestos, or any contaminated or flammable material are strictly prohibited.

These types of waste require specialized treatment and must not be mixed with conventional construction waste.

If you have any doubt about a particular material, do not hesitate to contact Paco Container for advice – we can guide you towards a safe and compliant solution for disposing of this special waste.

Yes, it is possible.

Paco Container rental is flexible and adapts to all types of projects, whether residential, commercial, municipal, or industrial.

Each rental includes a 7-day period, but it is entirely possible to rent a container for a short term, such as a weekend of work, or for a long period, ranging from a few weeks to several months.

Whether you are an individual doing a major clean-up, a renovation company, or a contractor on a job site, we have a suitable solution. If your work takes longer than expected, you can easily extend the rental period by contacting our team.

For long-term job sites, Paco Container also offers a regular emptying service: we replace the full container with an empty one, to ensure continuous waste management without interruption.

We understand that on a job site, deadlines are critical. That’s why Paco Container strives to provide containers as quickly as possible. In practice, we can generally deliver a container to your job site within approximately 24 hours after your reservation, or sometimes even the same day depending on availability and the time of your request. Our new fleet of roll-off trucks and dedicated logistics team allow us to be very responsive and meet your scheduling constraints. Furthermore, once the container is in place, you can schedule the final collection simply by calling us when you are finished: we will then ensure a quick retrieval, with an efficient and hassle-free pick-up service.

In summary, you can count on fast delivery and punctual collection, so as not to slow down the progress of your work.

Responsible waste management is at the core of our service. Once the container is retrieved, Paco Container removes, sorts, and valorizes your construction waste as much as possible to reduce its environmental impact.

Specifically, this means that we transport materials to approved sorting or treatment centers where debris will be sorted by category (wood, metals, concrete, etc.) and directed to appropriate recycling or recovery channels. We aim to recycle a large portion of materials (for example, wood, metal, concrete can often be reused or recycled) and to send only the strict minimum required to landfill. This eco-responsible approach helps preserve resources and limit the ecological footprint of your work.

Furthermore, it is important to know that the storage, transport, recycling, and disposal of construction waste are subject to very strict environmental regulations.

As a specialized and accredited company, Paco Container ensures compliance with all these standards at every stage of the process. We hold the required permits and follow industry best practices to process your waste in accordance with the law. By choosing Paco Container, you are thus assured that your construction waste will be managed in full compliance – which means disposal or recycling carried out according to best practices, with traceability, and in compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
